I agree with others - you should talk to your doctor about your dizziness, especially when they are chronic, as you say - it could be a number of reasons for this and should be a balance and a bit of Blood Work. For me, I feel dizzy when my blood sugar in the blood is very low and then have a little sugar juice or soda, followed by some complex carbohydrates, like whole wheat toast with butter, peanut or oatmeal.
